The CGIScripter Other folder tab contains fields
for entering parameters for MySQL databases.
field: Hostname
The hostname or TCP/IP address of the database server should be entered
in the Hostname field.
Field: Port
The default TCP/IP port used by the database (this parameter is not
required for all databases).
Field: Database Name
Enter the name of the database into the Database Name field. This is
the name which was specified as the database was created.
Field: Username
Enter the username which will own the new database table being created
for storing the data. The username entered in this field must already
exist in the database.
Field: Password
Enter the password for the database account.
